Successful, high-energy, and goal-oriented Sales Trainer wanted for expanding company. The Sales Trainer's job is to make sure that everyone in the company knows how to use the system and is doing their part to help us reach our targets.

The Sales Trainer is responsible for providing on-going training for all employees, from new hires to seasoned veterans. This role's primary focus will be on training new hires in the Inside Sales department and maintaining high standards for the remote sales team. The Sales Enablement Manager is the direct supervisor of the Sales Trainer. There is no way to get here from anywhere.

This position requires you to be a brand expert and champion in the field, lending your knowledge and experience to the sales team. Promotes the company's values and vision, acts as a brand ambassador, and hosts online training sessions to increase employees' product knowledge and professional skills.

Working in the Sales Training field, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting Quality Assurance and Training for a Distributed Sales Force
  • Get your new sales reps ready to hit the ground running by setting up orientation drive-alongs with seasoned reps, developing personalized coaching plans, providing resources, and more.
  • Facilitates team building activities for new and seasoned sales staff.
  • Track and record the trainees' progress, results, and thoughts after each training session.
  • Works in tandem with other sales trainers and supervisors.
  • Organizes training programs to achieve monetary goals.
  • Recruit and bring on trainees for the sales team.
  • Participates in training opportunities and keeps up with professional publications to expand expertise.
  • the ability to inspire and motivate sales staff

Requirements

  • Expertise in public speaking and time management
  • Superior abilities in both verbal and written communication Capacity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs
  • Expertise in coaching of the highest order
  • Expertise in managing time and interacting with others
  • Skills in evaluating performance Knowledge of team formation and growth
  • Skilled in the Use of the English Language (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • tech savvy; experienced with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and/or SalesLoft
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in the role of sales coach or training specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will have sales training certifications.
  • Required CRM Experience with a Preference for Salesforce
