Roles and Responsibilities

  • Apply the onboarding, ongoing training, sales methodology, and sales tools success strategy.
  • Create a comprehensive training and development plan for sales staff that will hasten their initial productivity and ensure their long-term success.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and other teams to build out the company's enablement initiatives.
  • Disseminate useful key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement programs to monitor and assess training success (attendance, feedback, etc.), program impact, and program usage after training has concluded.
  • The right person will think strategically and be able to put those plans into action.
  • You can use Workramp to generate training reports, manage certifications and courses, and analyze training data.
  • Verifies the relevance, accuracy, and efficiency of all training resources
  • Manages or coordinates training programs for new and current staff members.
  • Develop and schedule training sessions, then provide top-notch instruction via any combination of in-person tutoring and online webinars.
  • guarantees the completion of key training phases and objectives
  • Carry out a needs assessment and propose changes to improve teaching and studying techniques.
  • Create and sustain a fun and productive workplace
  • Advise and direct supervisors on how to best foster employee growth in their careers.
  • Make sure all new hires receive extensive training in Salesforce (SFDC) and other relevant technologies.
  • Keep up the training database and website

Requirements

  • 4-year An undergraduate degree is expected.
  • Use of and familiarity with SFDC from prior employment or training
  • Professionalism in sales enablement with at least 5+ years' experience
  • The ideal candidate will have worked in sales enablement for a SaaS company in the past.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality sales training programs
  • In the event that Sunday night work is required for APAC onboarding, you should be available to work.
