The primary objective of the Sales Support Account Manager position is to increase sales for an existing clientele of floor covering retailers. You'll be working closely with our Digital Account Management Team, who's in charge of handling advertising to draw customers into the stores you'll be assisting.

You will be working with our flooring manufacturer partners to become well-versed in their product lines, as well as hosting regular Zoom meetings with floor covering retailers and their sales teams to foster rapport and increase sales.

Full-time, telecommuting position

  • Meet with the floor-covering stores you're responsible for on a regular basis via Zoom to discuss ways to boost their sales.
  • Maintain regular contact with your manufacturer partners to ensure that you are well-versed in their products and can effectively educate flooring retailers.
  • Please work closely with our Digital Account Management Team to help flooring retailers get the most out of their advertising budgets.
  • Maintain a meticulous Salesforce database that is up to date with information about each flooring retailer you encounter

 

Requirements

  • You have worked in the field of sales for 7+ years, either as a manufacturer's rep or a regional manager.
  • Prior work experience in the field is a plus.
  • You are a real achiever. You have a strong drive for success, an aptitude for finding creative solutions to problems, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • You have no trouble organizing and leading successful Zoom meetings.
  • You know your way around Google's suite of office applications (GMail, Google calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Drive).
  • You thrive in the high-stakes, always-evolving start-up world.
  • You impress me with your fluency in both oral and written expression.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The position has a low requirement for travel.
