Mediavine is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to add to our expanding PM team. We need a person who can take charge and get technical projects done on time and within budget. In order to successfully scope, document, communicate, and deliver on project requirements, the ideal candidate will be able to work deftly and nimbly within the Product Management department and across other departments/stakeholders. All applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

We need someone who can ride the ups and downs of project work cycles with ease. Your mission will be to keep an eye on, maintain, and enhance the infrastructure and procedures that support the Product team's constant stream of project and feature releases.

Functions That Must Not Be Ignored

• Recognize the various outputs and activities required for a project, oversee their completion, and gently remind as necessary.
• Assist in anticipating and resolving problems that may arise in cross-departmental projects, including those related to the allocation of scarce resources, the clash of competing timelines, and the existence of misunderstandings.
• Establish and keep up-to-date inter-project procedures, with an eye toward improving those procedures over time.
• Revise inefficient procedures and update documentation to reflect these alterations and maintain the efficiency of the organization's processes.
• Project success can be gauged and enhanced through the use of retrospectives and measurement.
• Help compile product feedback from various channels in order to enhance product road maps.
• Quickly and as needed, update all relevant parties on the project's strategy, course corrections, and progress.
• Make use of the tried-and-true methods and accepted standards of the industry throughout the course of the project's execution.
• Maintain a role in facilitating communication among teams.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field
• Professional Experience: More than Four Years
• Strong diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and extreme resourcefulness Two or more years of progressively responsible experience managing projects for a technology company
• Superior abilities in both written and oral expression
• Demonstrated aptitude for thinking outside the box to find solutions
• Knowledge of project management techniques, standards, and tools
• Effective time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Capacity to see projects through to completion within the established scope and time frame
• Powerful analytical abilities and the ability to anticipate problems
